Everyone is different. While Carlene believes in raw food, you may feel you cannot be successful on a vegan or vegetarian type of diet. That is okay. What is important is that you create a healthy diet that you can stick to based on your eating preferences, lifestyle, and most importantly your body's ability/or inability to send important triggers such as full and hungry.
